What separates the plans is solely the number of installations you run. You can see your usage at any time ("18/25 installations"); when you reach the limit, equova points it out and suggests the next-higher plan — no silent cut-off.

You start with full access at Portfolio level: 14 days with every feature, no credit card, no sales call. Add real properties and installations, apply a concept from a template, document a first proof.

If the trial ends without a subscription, your account becomes read-only — no silent data loss. Viewing and export remain available, and you can reactivate at any time. And with a subscription: cancel monthly, after cancellation the account stays read-only with export still available.

Frequently asked billing questions

Monthly or annual — which pays off?
Both intervals include the same full feature set. The annual price equals ten monthly payments, so you save two months (about 17 percent). Monthly keeps you most flexible, annual is cheaper.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time through the customer portal. An upgrade immediately unlocks more installation capacity. A downgrade is possible as long as you are below the capacity of the smaller plan — if you run more installations, archive the surplus first.
How do I cancel, and what happens then?
You cancel yourself in the customer portal, no questions asked. Access remains until the end of the paid period; after that the account becomes read-only. Viewing and export remain available — there is no export lock-in.
What happens at the end of the trial or on a failed payment?
If the trial ends without a subscription, your account becomes read-only, without data loss; you can reactivate any time. If a renewal fails, you first receive a reminder — the account is not blocked immediately but set to read-only only after a grace period.
Which currency is billed, and how is VAT handled?
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Where legally due, value-added tax (VAT) is added; the invoice shows it separately. You can find your invoices in the customer portal at any time.
Do I get my data back if I cancel?
Yes. You export everything at any time — maintenance concept, proofs and QR labels as PDF/CSV. The export stays available after the trial and after cancellation. Data hosted in the EU, data protection per GDPR/DSG.
We manage more than 100 installations — is that possible?
Yes, we will prepare an individual offer for you; there is deliberately no self-serve plan above 100 installations. Write to us via the contact page.
