On site, you record a proof for each component — photo, checklist answer and condition rating, even offline. Rate a component as a minor or major defect and a defect is created automatically, with a lifecycle from open to resolved. The inspection becomes not a loose PDF but a structured, revision-proof proof that your client can present at any time.

As a multiplier: each client gets their own organisation

You set up one organisation per owner and maintain the target inside it — properties, installations, components and the maintenance concept. The owner signs in to their organisation and sees their own portfolio dashboard: what is open, due, overdue or documented. The contractor needs no elaborate access — the technician scans the QR code on the component on site, sees the next due maintenance order and documents it on a tablet, even offline. Every client keeps their data sovereignty

Your clients' organisations are strictly separated: what you see and record in one mandate stays there — a proof from one organisation never appears in another. Every owner stays in control of their data and exports everything at any time: concept, proofs and QR labels as PDF and CSV, even after cancellation, without lock-in. Can I manage several clients in one login?
Yes. As an engineer, you belong to several organisations and switch between them through the organisation switcher — one access for all mandates. A separate login per client is not needed, and the clients' data stays strictly separated.
Who sees which data?
Only members of the respective organisation see its data — the separation is strict and verified against direct access. The owner sees their own portfolio, the technician sees only the due maintenance orders assigned to them together with the QR scan, without dashboard, prices or other mandates. As the engineer, you work within the organisations you belong to.
How do I bill equova to my clients?
equova is billed per organisation, tiered by managed installations: Start CHF 59/month (CHF 590/year, up to 5 installations), Portfolio CHF 149/month (CHF 1490/year, up to 25 installations, recommended) and Verwaltung CHF 349/month (CHF 3490/year, up to 100 installations); the annual price equals two months free. Two paths are common: your client takes out the subscription for their own organisation and invites you as an engineer, or you run it as part of your service and pass the cost on. Above 100 installations, we prepare an individual offer.
